Don Vetal, Jr.
Don Vetal is a global executive with more than 25 years’ experience in the travel and health services industries. He has participated in C level roles within the three largest Assistance firms in the world, AXA Assistance, United Healthcare International and most recently as North America President of Travel & Health at Generali Global Assistance. These organization provide international healthcare and travel support services to many of the largest Accident and Health Insurers, Credit Card issuers and Fortune 500 companies in the US. During his tenure, his organizations won a number of industry awards including the France’s prominent National Quality Award for service.
Mr. Vetal holds a Business Degree from Robert Morris University and is a US patent holder.
Currently Mr. Vetal is CEO and co-founder of LyfLynks, Inc. leveraging his extensive experience developing global solution platforms to deliver a comprehensive solution for caregivers and the aging marketplace in the US.

Steven Beisser
Steve Beisser is a successful entrepreneur and versatile leader with extensive health care and higher education sector experience spanning over 35 years. His background includes Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Benchmarking, Teaching, and Management Consulting. He is the founding partner of the Academic Benchmarking Consortium, an organization that provides actionable staffing benchmarks to institutions of higher education. In 2020 he led an M&A effort seeking a strategic growth partner. This led to their being acquired by HelioCampus, where he continues to oversee the integration of the organization and continued growth of the Benchmarking Consortium
Steve holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Rutgers College of Engineering, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into Tau Beta Pi, the Engineering National Honor Society and Alpha Pi Mu, the national Industrial Engineering Society. He also earned his MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where is a Professor of the Practice within their management consulting program.
Stacy Pervall
LyfLynks Co-Founder, Stacy Pervall, is a dynamic tactician who has faced and overcome significant caregiving challenges over the past several years. She is a family caregiver to three elders.
Stacy has extensive operational expertise in change management and has successfully transformed internally-focused corporate cultures to exceptional customer service providers. She possesses over 25 years of information management and leadership experience at premier organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Lockheed Martin. Her expertise, personal experiences, and insights have played a key role in the development of the LyfLynks solution.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Debra Hallisey
Debra Hallisey is a family caregiver who faced the difficult choice of leaving her successful career as a management consultant to care for her aging parents as they faced significant health issues. Leveraging over 25 years of training development and change management expertise at Ernst & Young, Huron Consulting Group, and other boutique consulting firms, Debra founded Advocate for Mom and Dad, an advocacy practice serving family caregivers (https://advocateformomanddad.com/). She shares the lessons she has learned through her book “Your Caregiver Relationship Contract”, as well as through blogging, speaking engagements, and consulting with adult children of aging parents.
Debra holds a Masters degree in Leadership and Supervision from Hood College and is a Certified Caregiving Consultant™ and Certified Dementia Practitioner™.
H. Clint Davidson
Clint Davidson’s career in higher education and health care began at the University of Oklahoma and included Human Resource leadership roles at The University of Cincinnati Medical Center, The University of Rochester & Strong Memorial Hospital, Vanderbilt University, The University of Pennsylvania and Duke University & Health System. He also served on the faculty of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and The Poole College of Management of North Carolina State University.
Clint joined the Academic Benchmarking Consortium as Senior Advisor in August 2017 with responsibilities in strategic workforce planning and Consortium member services. He served ABC as Chief Human Resources Officer.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s of Business Administration from Vanderbilt. He is a graduate of Harvard University’s Institute of Educational Management and The University of Michigan’s Labor Relations Institute.
Dr. Flavius Lilly
Dr. Flavius Lilly, a gerontologist, is the most recent member of the LyfLynks Advisory Board. Dr. Lilly is a proficient leader, educator, and scholar practitioner with a diverse career in healthcare and academia over the past two decades. He has worked in the healthcare industry in executive leadership roles where his interests have been in healthcare quality improvement, access to care, chronic disease management, and service delivery to aging populations.
Currently, he is the Senior Associate Dean of the Graduate School and a member of the professoriate at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He is a committed educator with award-winning recognition for teaching excellence and innovation in the classroom. As a leader in the Graduate School, he facilitates new initiatives in degree development, international partnerships, and online learning. He enjoys creating new ventures from the ground up through creative strategic thinking and entrepreneurialism. Dr. Lilly oversees the Geriatrics and Gerontology Education and Research (GGEAR) program the University and he is an affiliate of the Center for Research on Aging.
Dr. Lilly's primary research interests are in aging with a focus on healthcare improvement and mental health care. He has authored and co-authored over twenty peer-reviewed articles in highly regarded research journals. Dr. Lilly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, a Master of Public Health, a Master of Arts degree in Applied Sociology, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Gerontology.
Christina Boccuti
LyfLynks, Inc, is pleased to announce the addition of Cristina Boccuti to the our Advisory Board. Cristina has over 20 years of experience in health and aging policy, is the Director of Health Policy at the West Health Policy Center. In her current role, she leads strategic policy analysis for the organization’s dual mission—to enable successful aging for American seniors and lower the growth of healthcare spending in the United States.
Prior to joining West Health, Ms. Boccuti was an Associate Director at the Kaiser Family Foundation, where she focused on producing timely analysis of Medicare reform proposals. Previously, Ms. Boccuti was a Principal Policy Analyst at the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission and Director of Policy Coordination at the Health Resources and Services Administration—an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She also held policy and research positions at the Urban Institute and the Government Accountability Office.
Ms. Boccuti has authored numerous publications in leading journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine, Health Affairs, and the Journal of Health, Politics, Policy and Law. She has been cited and quoted in local and national news media, given interviews on radio and television, and is a frequent presenter and expert panelist at national conferences.
Prior to her career in health policy, Ms. Boccuti was a speech-language pathologist treating Medicare and Medicaid patients at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago. Ms. Boccuti earned her Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University, her Master’s in Speech-language Pathology from George Washington University, and her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Guillaume Deybach is a global executive with more than 20 years experience in the travel and health services industries.
Mr. Deybach is currently Chief Operating Officer (Americas) at MSH International. Previously he served as President & CEO of GeoBlue aka Blue Cross Blue Shield Global, providing international healthcare solutions to the globally mobile. Prior to that, Mr. Deybach served for 14 years as North American President & CEO of Europ Assistance, providing travel and health protection solutions to leisure and business travelers. During his tenure, he won industry awards including “SmartCEO’s Future 50” in 2011, 2013 and 2014.
Mr. Deybach has served on several corporate boards and is a Trade Advisor for France (CCEF). Mr. Deybach has also spoken on global healthcare and mobility at industry conference including the US Travel Insurance Association (UStiA), the Travel Health Insurance Association (THIA), Travel Insurance Forum and Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) in Europe and North America.
Mr. Deybach holds a Business Degree from Angers Business School in France and lives in Washington, DC.
